And when the board, regulators, or auditors ask, you will spend weeks scrambling for answers you still do not have.
Sound familiar?
"Your CEO asks: 'Are we ready for the EU AI Act?'"
You spend 3 days compiling spreadsheets from 7 different departments. The answer is still unclear.
"Regulators request proof of AI governance"
Your documentation is scattered across SharePoint, emails, and people's heads. You can't prove anything.
"CFO asks: 'What's the ROI on our AI investments?'"
You have no way to track cost, value, or impact. You're flying blind with millions at stake.
The real problems
Executives can't see what AI exists, where it's deployed, or what risks it creates.
Policies in SharePoint, systems in Excel, training records in emails. Nothing connects.
Can't prove to board, regulators, or auditors that you have AI under control.
Teams waste hours every week manually tracking AI systems and chasing updates.
Can't demonstrate ROI, value creation, or justify continued AI investment.
Always firefighting. No strategic view of AI readiness or maturity.
The transformation
Teams are building AI solutions in silos. No one knows what exists or where.
Every AI system tracked, categorized, and monitored in one place.
Constantly chasing people for updates, manually tracking policies, reacting to problems.
Automatic confidence scoring, policy tracking, and readiness monitoring.
You don't know which AI systems are high-risk until something goes wrong.
Real-time risk scoring, incident tracking, and compliance monitoring.
The solution
Not just another tool, a complete AI governance operating system.
Everything in one place: systems, policies, assessments, training, incidents. No more scattered data.
Real-time confidence scoring tells you if you are ready for the board, regulators, or auditors.
From reactive firefighting to proactive governance. See the big picture and make confident decisions.
Before you start
Spreadsheets record what someone typed and go stale the day they are shared. They cannot show you what evidence is missing, cannot score consistently across systems, cannot assign a gap to an owner with a date, and produce no audit trail of who changed what. Most organisations start on a spreadsheet and it works until the first time somebody outside the team asks a question about it.
General GRC platforms were built for controls and policies, not for AI-specific obligations: EU AI Act risk classification, model drift, human oversight, kill-switches, shadow AI, or per-system DPIA status. AI Sentri covers that layer and exports evidence into the GRC process you already run. Most customers keep both rather than replacing one with the other.
A consultancy gives you an assessment at a point in time, usually as a document. That document is accurate on the day it is delivered and decays from then on, because your AI estate keeps changing. AI Sentri is the system that keeps it current afterwards â which is why several of our customers use both, with the consultancy setting direction and the platform holding the position.
A policy states what should happen. It does not tell you whether it did. The gap that matters is between the policy and the systems actually running, and closing it needs a register, per-system evidence and named owners â which is the work a policy assumes has already been done.
Mostly nothing, until something specific happens: a customer sends a security questionnaire asking about AI, an auditor asks for your register, a regulator asks a question, or an AI system does something you have to explain. All four are survivable with a governance record and expensive without one, and none of them gives you notice.
It does not monitor your models, does not detect drift automatically, does not give legal advice, and does not make you compliant. It is a system of record for governance: it structures the work, holds the evidence and shows you the gaps. Anyone claiming their software makes you compliant is describing something no software can do.
