Survey your organisation
Work with members of your business to identify what AI systems they are using. We provide a template questionnaire you can send across the company to gain as much knowledge as possible about shadow AI, sanctioned tools, and emerging use cases.
Deep-dive with stakeholders
Work with end users, business owners, and technical teams to capture detailed information about each AI system, including sustainability impact, security posture, governance controls, data quality, vendor dependencies, and regulatory alignment.
Build your single source of truth
Enter all gathered intelligence into AI Sentri, AI systems, policies, risk registers, readiness assessments, literacy plans, regulatory positions, and KPIs. Everything lives in one place, connected and contextualised.
Instant governance intelligence
AI Sentri automatically calculates your Governance Confidence Score, Readiness Score, Sustainability Score, and Security posture across every dimension, giving you a clear, quantified view of where you stand.
Targeted action insights
Based on your scores and data gaps, AI Sentri generates targeted recommendations across governance, risk, compliance, sustainability, and workforce dimensions, prioritised by impact and effort.
From advice to action
Convert recommendations into trackable action plan tasks. Assign owners, set deadlines, and monitor progress, ensuring your AI governance journey moves from insight to measurable outcomes.
Before you start
Setup takes about five minutes, and most organisations have their first systems inventoried and scored on day one. Reaching a complete picture takes longer and depends almost entirely on how many parts of the business you need to survey to find everything.
No, and waiting is the more common mistake. The platform exists to show you what is missing, so starting with a partial picture is the point rather than a problem. Systems with gaps score accordingly and generate the tasks needed to close them.
One person can build the initial register. After that, system owners fill in detail for what they run and the governance committee reviews the scores. The part that needs seniority is the initial sweep across departments, because someone has to be able to ask every team what they are using.
Frame it as amnesty rather than audit. People do not declare tools they think will be taken away, so the response rate depends on whether the message is “we want to sanction what works” or “we are looking for policy breaches”. The first finds shadow AI; the second buries it deeper.
Week one: register the systems you already know about, with owners. Week two: survey the departments most likely to have bought their own tools. Week three: review scores and triage the gaps. Week four: take a one-page position to your leadership team. The register is never finished, but it is useful long before it is complete.
