Lashan Digital LTD offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date.

Lashan Digital LTD is the seller of record, invoices you directly, and handles refund requests itself.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at sales@lashandigital.co.uk with your account email and the date of purchase, and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid by, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — to request a refund within the 14-day window, follow the steps above.
