    How much does AI Sentri cost?

    Free for a single AI system, then £50 a month for 3 systems, £150 for 20, £300 for 50 and £500 for 200. Every paid plan includes unlimited users. Pricing scales with the size of your AI estate rather than with headcount.

    Why is pricing based on AI systems rather than users?

    Because governance fails when the people holding the evidence cannot get into the tool. Charging per seat pushes organisations to limit access to the few people who administer it, which is the opposite of what governance needs — system owners, risk, legal and the governance committee all need to be in there.

    What counts as one AI system?

    One use case. A vendor tool used for three genuinely different decisions is three entries worth tracking; three models serving one workflow is usually one. Count the purposes the AI is put to, because that is what determines the obligations attaching to it.

    What happens when the free trial ends?

    The trial runs seven days and needs no card. When it ends you can move to a paid plan or to the free tier, which covers one AI system. Your data stays where it is either way — nothing is deleted at the end of a trial.

    Can we change plan later?

    Yes, up or down, at any point. Organisations commonly start smaller than they end up, because the first survey usually finds more AI systems than expected.

    Do you offer annual billing or custom contracts?

    Custom contracts are available on the Enterprise plan, and we will talk to anyone whose estate is larger than 200 systems. Get in touch rather than guessing at a plan that does not fit.
