AI Sentri
Value Layer · AI Value & ROI

Prove the ROI of every AI system.

Understand what your AI is delivering — and where it isn't.

Most organisations can't prove the value of their AI. AI Sentri connects AI systems to real outcomes so you can measure ROI, prioritise investment, and stop wasting time on low-value initiatives.

Questions about AI value and ROI

Can you really show ROI from AI?

You can show cost, adoption and realised benefit per system, tracked over a horizon you set — which is what boards actually ask for. AI Sentri records cost-to-deliver and operating cost per system, links adoption metrics to value realised, and supports a multi-year ROI horizon. It will not invent a figure where the underlying benefit was never defined.

What if we never defined the benefit up front?

That is the common case, and it is worth fixing prospectively rather than retrofitting a number. AI Sentri prompts for the objective a system was meant to serve and the measure that would show it working, so the next review has something to compare against. Systems with no defined benefit show as exactly that, which is itself a useful finding.

How does this connect to our strategic objectives?

Each AI system can be linked to the business objective it supports, so you can see which strategic goals are actually being served by AI investment and which have nothing behind them. That mapping is usually the fastest way to spot both duplicated effort and unfunded priorities.

Does governance slow down AI delivery?

Ungoverned delivery is what tends to stall — projects paused mid-flight because nobody documented a lawful basis, or a tool withdrawn after an incident. Knowing which systems are low-risk lets you move faster on those, and concentrate scrutiny where it changes the outcome.
